In this episode I talk about how I embrace the difficult days that "should have been" something other than what they look like now. Mother's Day, Father's Day, due dates, and seasons where you were planning to have a baby in your arms but you don't. I talk about how we can honor our emotions while also trying to find joy on the hard days.
